Combat Fitness / Conditioning Program
The Warrior's Path Program is a physical development program. As you age your body machine will start to loose range of motion in the joints and connective tissues. While you are unaware, it will store unwanted tension and stress in various areas of the body. The body will loose the natural breathing patterns you normally see in an infant and develop shorter, shallow breathing patterns. The Warrior's Path Program can help someone looking to maintain a loose, healthy and strong body as they age, or it can take a high performance athlete to greater levels using state-of-the-art information as well as age-old knowledge from ancient martial art systems.

Warrior's Path-Warrior Motion©
This program teaches you to loosen and release the joints and connective tissues of the body to increase your range of motion and regain the youthful movement you lose over time from injury or age. Greater range of motion will also lessen the possibility of injury and increase the amount of shock your joints can endure in your everyday training or everyday life. For a warrior, greater range of motion means higher skill and ability.
Warrior's Path-Warrior Breath©
The average adult loses the natural ability to take a full, deep breath. Most breathing patterns are shallow and quick especially when you are placed under physical stress. Warrior Breath© will teach you how to regain control of your breathing patterns and increase your overall lung capacity and efficiency. Learn to ingrain new breathing patterns that will allow you to operate at a higher respiratory level for everyday life or everyday training.
Warrior's Path-Warrior Strength©
Learn methods to quickly increase functional levels of strength in the muscular system. Learn to condition the connective tissues of the body and increase their power and efficiency as well as their ability to absorb shock from increased levels of training. Various training tools used in this program are Kettlebells, Medicine Balls, Clubbells, Rope Training and Body Weight Training. All are combined to develop your overall functional performance.
Warrior's Path-Warrior Diet©
What you take into the body machine directly affects its performance and ability to operate. Diet also affects the overall aging process of the body machine. Diet can also be adjusted to cleanse the body machine of toxins that are collected from the everyday routine. Learn to take control of your fuel for your machine in order to increase overall health and longevity or increase energy levels for life or higher levels or performance training.

The body is a Bio Electric machine. Learn to recognize your body's ability to cultivate, increase and store this bio electric energy or 'Chi' in order to energize your life and heal the body machine. Based on various forms of Chi Gong 'Qigong' and the ancient study of 'Chi' this program is a modern approach to working with the body's natural energy to boost your vitality and stamina, strengthen your immune system and keep yourself healthy and balanced.
